Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Our items are shipped using the Australia Post or other appropriate courier companies.

We don't ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Item will be dispatched within 3 business days of full payment.

In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

After hours/weekend delivery is not possible.

CAUTION: Please provide your correct phone number as it is very important for the courier to ensure there is someone at home for big parcels. Otherwise there may be some delay in the delivery of your product.

All deliveries must be signed for please ensure somebody is home to sign.

Pickup's are not an option as we send goods from our own multiple Secure Australian warehouses.

All returns are at the buyers expense (any goods returned that are not prepaid freight will not be accepted).
