If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time
First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.
Log in to ebay and check in your transaction, we attache the tracking number to every order in ebay.
Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.

How we deliver:
Orders under 21kg we use the services of Australia post eParcel.
eParcel is Australia Post's internet enabled fright system. The delivery status of package can be checked via the internet at [website_removed_by_Swift_Productions] by the tracking details you will be emailed after dispatch (make sure to check your spam/junk box if email not received).
Orders over 21KG are distributed using 3rd party couriers companies like Toll etc...
All our orders are fully insured, registered and trackable( unless stated differently in the listing shipping service).
Pickups:
Sadly we don't allow pick up from eBay purchases.
