Warranty

 In order to obtain one (1) year or 25,000 km which come first warranty The warranty card must be filed and send to OzAutoMotives within 14 days of purchase, all the parts must be fitted by a certified technician who has necessary experience, skills & tools to perform the installation. Otherwise, this warranty will be void.   

 If the purchased part has a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturers 12 months or 25,000 km which come first international warranty period, OzAutoMotives will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty, and if a claim is made, the claim must be accompanied by the certificate of the technician and a statement by the technician outlining the fault & the solution with PayPal payment invoice. In case of a manufacturing defect please do not return the item without confirmation from OzAutoMotives, after the confirmation part must be sent back to OzAutoMotives and a new item will be sent if the manufacturer is satisfied the warranty conditions have been met. OzAutoMotives will refund the return postage charge upon receipt of the faulty part if the part is sent back according to OzAutoMotives accepted ?Return, Refund & Warranty policy?

Returns and Refunds  

 OzAutoMotives do not hold responsibility for shipping loss, theft or weather damages due to free shipping base on ATL (authority to leave) at buyers absent. Buyer hold full responsibility to track the item and be present on the date of the delivery to receive the package. OzAutoMotives can supply additional services such as express post, signature on delivery, redelivery or extended warranty at customer's request at an extra cost provided by the courier company.

If parts are wrongly supplied by OzAutoMotives, we will ask the customer to return the part to OzAutoMotives within 7 days, as new condition in its undamaged packaging. Once receiving the part, the correct part will be sent at no charge to the customer, OzAutoMotives will refund the return postage charge upon receipt if the part sent back according to OzAutoMotives Accepted ?Return, Refund & Warranty Policy?.

OzAutoMotives do not hold responsibility for the parts that are supplied correctly according to the order and confirmed at the time of payment but later found to be wrongly ordered by the customer. 

Please note, owner/technician carry the responsibility to make sure all the parts  have  no manufacturing, assembly defects and fit to use before fitting the parts.  

If the parts are not fit to use, please contact  OzAutoMotives  immediately we will rectify the issue as soon as possible, if a faulty item  has been  used under negligence by the owner/technician  OzAutoMotives  do not hold responsibility for a replacement or refund. 

Where there is a problem with your product please follow these steps. 

1. Contact OzAutoMotives immediately to notify delay, loss, damaged or return to sender due to shipping damage within 24 hours via eBay message.
2. Do not accept the package if it's damaged from outside such as torn, bent or opened during shipping
3. As proof, you must take clear pictures of the damaged package/parts and forward them to OzAutoMotives along with the warranty card via eBay message.
4. If the parts found to be the defect or damaged, return the product same as you received using the same packing.
5. If the purchased parts has a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturers 12 month or 25,000 km which come first warranty please provide us with certified mechanics statement, stating the fault/damage/defect and the solution along with clear pictures, videos & audio if applicable, eBay user ID, username and invoice via eBay message.   which will enable a speedy process
6. Upon OzAutoMotives confirmation, please return your faulty parts back to OzAutoMotives. <<
