LEDs to show you EMF exposure - and when to call a professional

Each LED, or two next to each other being on at the same time as a intermediate step, relates to a set value of radiation exposure. The manual will show you which values are of significance, but we think this may not be conservative enough. As always, you can make up your own mind on what is expectable exposure to you. We recommend you give serious consideration when confronted with readings in the orange range, and not just the red LEDs. When faced with orange or red ranges, the help of a professional should be sought to investigate professionally and check your findings.

Also keep in mind that this instrument takes what is called 'building biological' measurements (air measurements). In certain circles this is labelled as less of a valuable indicator when it comes to making the decision whether or not radiation protection is called for for a home or bedroom. In those circles a measurement of the body, rather than the air, makes more sense to judge if the body is under stress. Regardless, the ESI-24 will be a valuable indicator of daytime exposure and to figure out which appliances product RF radiation.
