What is your return policy?

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty) within 30 days of the purchase date. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing them from the packaging. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturerâs packaging. Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

What if my product is faulty?

We will provide a replacement part or unit free of charge or refund the purchase price at our discretion for faulty products returned to us within 30 days of purchase date subject to:

  • Prior to returning the part or unit, you must contact us.
  • The product has not been damaged or tampered with in any way.
  • Inspection and/or testing by us of the returned product.

When sending back a part or unit we advise you to use a freight service that insures & tracks the part â we cannot be held responsible for it until it has been received back by us

Who pays for shipping for a change of mind?

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection; the buyer will cover shipping costs of the returned product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned new & unused. Do make sure that you have raised and returned the product within 30 days from the order date. Do contact us to help you out with the return.

What happens if you have been sent an incorrect part?

In the event of sending the incorrect part, we usually require the return of the item before sending the correct one. However, please make sure that you inform us within three days of receiving the part. We will replace the item once the wrong part has been received back by us.

Upon receiving your parts, we kindly ask that you inspect them promptly and notify us immediately if any goods have been damaged during transit. We may require evidence such as pictures in order to file a claim against the carrier.

Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

The supplied products are fully warranted to the original/first owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product (without charge), replace it, or refund, it at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, modification, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
