Radiator Description：

Our Radiator is made of  AA 5052  aircraft aluminum. Its different from other sellers T-3303 Series. In fact,  AA 5052  series Aluminum is much better than T-3303 series.

More than 90% of aftermarket manufacturers use the T-3303 series Aluminum, because it is cheaper and easier to get the material. However, T-3303 aluminum has many disadvantages, such as poor polishing effect, softness, easiness to scratch and corrode, poor heat dissipation effect. If the T-3303 aluminum radiator is operated in high pressure and high temperature for a long time, the leaking problem would occur very soon.

 

AA 5052   Aluminum is an Al-Mg alloy with good corrosion resistance, excellent reliability and cold work ability and strength. The main alloying element of  AA 5052  is magnesium, which has good forming and processing properties. It is widely used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, and sheet metal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, hardware products, and electrical-appliance casings.

 

This  AA 5052  Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This  AA 5052  Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

AA 5052 Aluminum Shroud and Fans:

The New Design fan and the  AA 5052  fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

Thermostat Kit:

The thermostat kit is a universal fit, which makes it the perfect choice for any automotive vehicle and electric fan. This thermostat activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature. It features a 180 degree Fahrenheit turn-on temperature and a 165 degree Fahrenheit turn-off temperature. The 3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe adapter are included.

 

Relay Kit Instructions :

RED + connect directly to battery.

WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.

BLACK goes to thermos switch.

BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
