All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Sydney, Australia.
Under standard conditions, domestic delivery will take 2 to 6 business days. Rural and remote areas will require an extended time of delivery due to distance and accessibility.
Should you be given a tracking number, please utilise postage service tools to locate and track your item. Our customer service team is always on standby should any queries arise regarding the location of your parcel.
We cooperate with numerous couriers and shipping services to minimise your cost whilst maximising efficiency. Some logistic providers we work with: Australia Post, Fastway (Aramex), Toll, Couriers Please, Go Logistics and TNT.
International orders are more than welcomed*. Our team may clarify addresses and postage costs to you before dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders either same business day or the following. Should you wish to cancel an item that has not been shipped, no fees will be incurred. Cancellation of orders in transit will incur a 10% restocking fee once returned and excludes shipping costs. All return shipping is to be paid by buyer.

All major credit cards, Paypal and direct bank transfers (EFT) are accepted.
Please kindly advise should you be making a bank transfer and message us your username and order number to ensure payment is appropriately allocated.
We understand your changes in situation and have adapted our operations to suit. We accept returns and cancellations based on the following:
- Change of mind and wish to cancel item before it is dispatched
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Valid Warranty claims on products
