Signature is not required for delivery
Orders cannot be tracked and secure delivery is not guaranteed

Please indicate Non-registered Mail in the notes section with your PayPal payment. Otherwise, we will ship by Registered Mail
Undeliverable Parcel
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box / hotel address, and failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable parcel to us, we issue a refund by deducting the 15% of the value of products as handling fee.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers are required to bear the reshipping fee.
Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

You will be notified with an email about your purchase with the payment information. Please pay within 3 days. Once your payment is cleared, the faster we can ship your item.

VAT Refunds:
Customers are advised to check with local tax bureau regarding the relevant tax issue before you proceed with shopping online. It is always different from country to country on import tax and it would be subject to local tax bureau of the country. Bonjour E-Shop is not responsible for any import tax. If the order is refused due to customs tax and/or duties issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and administration fee of 15% of the total product purchase price.
Cancel Order:
Order cannot be canceled once the payment has been settled successfully. If customers cancel the order before delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 3% of the value of products as handling fee. (Except products are out of stock) If customers cancel the order after delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 15% of the value of products as handling fee.

Return Policy
Bonjour provides customers with '7-days stocks guaranteed warranty' (from the date of receipt),
customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.
Customer need to apply stock change through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.
All customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, Bonjour will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 7 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
