Same Day Shipment
We Ship Daily (Business Days). All Purchases with payment received by 3pm (WST) will generally be shipped the same day via Australia Post.
On rare occasions there may be a delay if we are awaiting stock but we will inform you if this is the case.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time ?
First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.
Then send us an eBay Message eBay message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.
In most cases, we find the item has been delayed in the mail system by a few days.

PayPal
PayPal is our preferred and recommended payment method for all eBay purchases. PayPal send us a copy of payment seconds after it is paid and includes buyer protection for greater security.
eBay purchases paid via eCheque will not be posted until PayPal has confirmed payment has been cleared.
Direct Deposit
Please ensure you use your 'Order Number ' or your 'eBay User ID ' that is provided in the the winning bid email in the 'Account Description' reference area.
Please DONT use the eBay Item number as it will delay the dispatch of your purchase.
