Free Postage In Australia

The shipping costs are determined on the weight and size of the item and are securely packed into Australia Post tough bags, pre paid satchels, or boxes depending on the item.

Please note that we don't charge ANY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE within Australia. If you PURCHASE A SEWING MACHINE, any additional items purchased that can fit into the box, will not attract any additional fees, no matter how many items you buy. If the additional items are larger and do not fit in the original box an another postage fee will be charged.

Prices include shipping, handling and any packaging materials required including envelopes, bags and bubble wrap.

Regular mail (with no tracking or insurance), Express mail (1-2 busines days), Registered mail (tracking number) and Courier delivery, are available and to know the different prices available, simply contact us and we can confirm.

We highly recommend registered post within Australia as this will allow you to track your item during shipping.

We strongly recommend that you take out additional insurance with Registered Post, in the unlikely event that your item goes missing or is damaged during transit, as this is the best way to cover your valuable purchase.

Please note we offer a gift card / voucher for all refunds & returns within 7 days of receiving. (This does not include faulty items). Software or designs,noreturns if item is opened. No Refunds if you simply purchase the incorrect item, so please email us to see if this item is correct for your needs prior to buying. We hold no reasonability for damage whilst in transit to you; more information is available in our shipping section. Faulty items will be replaced with an identical item and the postage will be paid by us. Any refunds in regards to faulty items are available but only by the same payment method used when purchasing the item. The customer must contact us in writing prior to returning any items. A return authorisation must be given before any action can be taken.
