This UHF radio is 80 channel OUT OF THE PACK. A super compact addition to the GME 80 channel UHF CB range with innovative ‘flip’ feature make for easy installation and incorporating the latest Digital Signal Processing technology.The GME TX3100 radio is Australian designed and built and is one of the most advanced UHF Citizen Band radio available. • Who will deliver my order? autoelecau :  We ship the majority of our items through Australia Post’s E-parcel service. For heavier items (over 30kg) we generally use TOLL IPEC, sometimes it is necessary to use a range of couriers dependant on your location. We favour couriers who are reliable, have great customer service, and can get your order to you in a reasonable time.
• Can I have Large and Heavy Items sent to my P.O Box? autoelecau :  No, due to Australia post’s maximum limit’s for larger items and items above 30 kg, these items can not be delivered to a post office box and will be delivered by courier.
• Do I have to supply a Business / Commercial address for Larger and Heavier items? autoelecau :  Yes. Please nominate your preferred business address for courier delivery during checkout process. Alternatively you can pick up from the nearest TOLL DEPOT. (Our definition of a business/commercial address is NOT a business run from home or in residential zoned area, NOT a registered business at a property in residential area.)
• Will my parcel have tracking? autoelecau :  Yes, all items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing. • Will you ship internationally? autoelecau :  At this time we are only able to ship items within Mainland Australia and Tasmania.

Dispatch Details:

We dispatch within 2-4 working days of your cleared payment being received. As per the postage details in the description.
From our experience generally items arrive 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State , 4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns and 5-10 working days for delivery to other remote locations ( These delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.) During peak periods ( Easter, Christmas, Victorian public holidays ), the delivery may take longer. We cannot advise or specify a delivery date ot time as this is not part of our contract arrangements with the carriers.

Deliveries generally must be signed for as per our listings , and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Autoelecau to be authorised to receive the products. If you wish for your consignment to be left without a signature, please request this prior to dispatch. Tracking your purchase:

All items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless indicated in the listing.

When dispatch is arranged through Australia Post eParcel a tracking number is generated. We email you this tracking (consignment) number when it is generated at the time the goods are dispatched. If you wish to track your parcel thereafter, please visit Post eParcel http://auspost.com.au/track  and input your tracking number NOTE: The tracking number can take up to 24 hours to upload on to the Australia Post website . If we dispatch your order using one of our courier companies you will receive a dispatch email advising you of the consignment number and link so that you can track and trace your order until it arrives at your address.

Shipping Costs:

The majority of items in our store are freight free, but please refer to each individual listing regarding the shipping costs.

Correct Address:

We use a linkage program that transfers what you have on your ebay order directly to the shipping label. In an effort to maintain security of a delivery and to get your order underway as soon as possible make sure in your ebay order that you have a CURRENT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and that your DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS and your EMAIL ADDRESS DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

Shipping insurance:

Autoelecau provides free shipping insurance on all consignments within Australia regardless of the size or carrier.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, pcontact us through ebay contact seller so we can resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible

International Postage:

At this time we are only able to ship items within Australia.

Non-delivery:

Due to circumstances beyond our control and or despite our best efforts, sometimes items are not delivered as and when intended for a host of reasons, including...

Nobody home - Where our courier is unable to obtain a signature and in the absence of authorisation to leave the item without a signature, the item will be returned to the courier's local depot or post office.  You are invited to contact the depot via the phone number on the calling card to arrange redelivery or call into your local post office with your tracking number and I.D
Returns - After unsuccessful attempts to deliver a consignment, the courier or post office may return the item to us whereupon we will contact you for further instructions. The consignment will only be re-dispatched upon receipt of the appropriate second shipping charge.  In the event that the re-delivery charge remains unpaid for more than 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned and may be offered for resale or otherwise disposed of without further notice. In this event, you release Autotelec.com.au from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase.

Abandoned goods:

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items for which payment has been received for more than 30 days, the items will be deemed abandoned and we reserve the right to offer them for resale.  In this event, you agree that Autoelec.com.au is released from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase. All products are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. In many cases the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period than this and we recommend that you go to that manufactures Australian website as these are same terms and conditions that we will support your product purchase under.

The warranty period commences from the date the goods are delivered (signed for). During the warranty period if the product is found to be defective it will be repaired / replaced as per the manufactures Australian websites terms and conditions.
