30 seeds stunning Gerbera flowers brighten up any garden either planted out or in pots, the splashes of bold colours are cheery and will also serve well as cut flowers there long stems and long lasting blooms make them ideal for cutting and displaying inside sowing time is in spring and temperatures must be warm for successful germination growing Gerberas from seed is not one I would recommend for a beginner but for the more experienced gardener a very rewarding result

SOW sow in spring in a seedlig tray to early using a heat pad under seedling tray will aid germination which takes 2-3 weeks keep moist but not wet
GROW grow in a warm sunny position in well drained soil gerberas do not like to have wet feet (that is why they do well in pots especially in areas with cold winters with high rainfall )
