1979-1982 complete set of The Best Loved Fairy Tales" produced in Bone China and 24 Karat Gold featuring the high quality illustrations of English Artist, Carol Lawson in this special 50 plate Signature Edition. Very few subscribers ever finished completing the set as they cost 20.00 each and you had to buy all 50 that were issued from May 1979 to 1982 in order to receive the story book case as shown in the last picture.


This is a stunning collection, in as new condition.no chips or cracks. The designs of each plate are intricate and beautifully designed. Comes with the story book case with a story card for each plate enclosed. Also the original letter from Franklin Mint welcoming the buyer to the first one.
