For larger items or areas outside of metro, this may take a little longer due to available courier services at the time. Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing information to track and trace your order and your order will accordingly be marked as ?Shipped? in eBay along with your tracking number. Our Couriers usually deliver with only one driver when delivering items, so for heavy or bulky items please make sure you have someone ready that's capable of helping the driver unload your order off the truck if need be.

• Set/Free shipping prices are based on particular metro suburbs only. Please be advised that we may be required to charge you an extra delivery fee after purchase which we will advise you before so. Please feel free to contact us to check if you will incur any extra charges for shipping.
• Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 business days from when payment is cleared, with rare occasions exceeding this time.

Pick Up
