Yes, as long as you request one combined postage cost before you pay for any items (Follow below instructions). Combined postage is calculated depending on the total volume of the combined plants.
I likely have more Fig - Brown Turkey in stock as I only list on ebay 1 at a time. When I wrote this ( 26th of Mar17 ) I had 5 Available. I may have sold some of these by now BUT please contact me with how many you want and I will see what I can do for you. Remember to include your Suburb and Postcode
Use the item specifications above taking particular note of Climate and Frost Tolerance to make your decision. For some reason the personality of people who like to grow fruit trees favours the bold and people from VIC like to grow Subtropical - Tropical plants even though they are more suited to Temperate - Subtropical. This also works the other way people in QLD like to grow Temperate plants when they should be growing Suptropical - Tropical plants. There is nothing wrong with this but you must accept that you are taking a risk and you should research techniques that will minimise this risk.
Because we have been selling fruit trees via the post since 1980 Yes that's right 30+ years we know the right pot size to send plants by mail order so that you get success. We only know this by customer feedback on each different variety and this takes decades to understand and act upon. When comparing our plants to another seller take note of their pot size and plant size, a mistake other mail order nurseries and especially backyard sellers make is selling them too small to save on freight and get a quick sale. So make sure you compare our pot and plant size to theirs. If the plant is a Grafted plant or a cutting grown plant take note of the rootstock and scion sources that are used. Vigerous varieties are hard to come across and once we find them we stick to them because it means our customers will get a plant that sets fruit quickly with a proven taste and fruit size and grows vigerously. As with all plants you purchase you don't know the results for a few years so paying the right price to get the best quality makes you happy in 2 years and makes us happy too.
Yes you can between these times: Monday - Friday: 9am-4pm, Saturday: 10am to 1pm closed Sunday & public holidays.
It depends how close you are to us but only Monday if you are a long time in transit away from us. If it is quick by post to you we will send on Tuesday. Cut off time for orders is 6am. *This notice cancels all ebay delivery estimates
Delivery Instructions are: "ATL - Authority to Leave in shaded position no signature" unless you contact us to change this. However this is no guarantee that it won't be carded as it all depends on your local delivery driver who we have no control over. If it has been 5 working days after we updated ebay with track and trace information and you don't have your
plants please follow these steps.
Step 1: Find your tracking number & courier company by going My Ebay -> Purchase History -> View Order Details. Step 2: Go to the courier companies website
Courier companies I use:
Australia Post | Fastways Couriers | Couriers Please | Startrack Express
and enter your tracking number. Please do not go onto the next step unless it is Monday afternoon. We need to give the courier company time to do their job. Step 3: Look on their website for phone contact information and call the courier company and quote your tracking number to get more information.
If after getting a response you still need more help Step 4: Ask me for more details via ebay. ( Please complete previous steps first )
Your plants are packed to last 2-3 weeks in transit and with a good drenching of water and a full sun position they usually
recover from transit quite quickly. Plants like this are surprisingly resiliant they just need to be pampered for a week.
Growing plants is meant to be fun so if within 3 days you are not happy with the quality or it is not as described just contact us and we will email you a postage paid return label to stick on the box. If you don't have a printer you can quote it to an Australia Post shop who can print it out for you. Once we receive the box we will then refund the entire cost that you paid including postage.
If possible include a picture and give us a chance to give you some tips because after all the plant is alive and sometimes their leaves droop in transit and just need a bit of loving care. Unlike electronics for example that look great when you open the box but stop working in 5 years time. Plants may be drooping their leaves or even losing their leaves especially in Winter but come 5 years time they will look amazing. But again we want you to be happy and you do have the option of sending them back.
Daleys Fruit Tree Nursery has been sending Fruit Trees across Australia since 1980. We are based in Kyogle NSW and our passion is to get you growing, eating and loving Fruit, Nut & Rainforest Trees in your backyard.
