Rear row seat covers are fully Tailor Made to ensure a proper fit for your seats. The seat covers will allow full functionality of all features of your seats where applicable. This can include split-fold seats and backrests, drop-down armrests and drink holders, seat belt cut-outs, latch access points and baby seat anchor points.
If you require access to the ISOFIX baby seat anchor points, please let us know and we will ensure the covers are ISOFIX-compatible before sending your order.

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by us are sold under the original manufacturer’s warranty, terms and conditions. Warranty is effective from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover wear and tear. If there is a fault with the item that is covered under warranty, you may bring this to our attention and we will contact the supplier for the claim. We will assist where possible but in some cases may redirect you to contact the manufacturer directly.

Custom orders and Tailor made orders that need to be sourced or manufactured will usually be shipped within 10 Business days. The ETA for each item is displayed on the item’s selling page.
We generally send our items via Australia Post, but we may also use couriers depending on parcel size and/or destination. Tracking information will be provided through to you once the item has been shipped.
In line with eBay policies and guidelines, most orders that we post will require a signature on delivery (exceptions apply if the order is posted with a pre-paid service). If you do not want the order to require a signature, please request an authority to leave service (e.g. "please leave at front door", etc.) when placing your order.

If, for any reason, you need to return your purchase back to us, please contact us and we will assist in whatever way we can.
If you purchased the wrong item, or you simply didn't like it, let us know and we will provide the return address for our store for you to return the item. We may also be able to provide an exchange for a product which is more suitable for your requirements.
For warranty claims, exchanges and the like, we can provide a prepaid returns label (sent via email) for you to return the product back to us at no cost to you.

NOTE: When returning an item to us, please do NOT apply any labels directly to the packaging. This results in damage to the packaging, and may result in a deduction from your refund to cover the cost.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to the item being dispatched. If your item has already been sent, you can return the item for a refund, however postage costs are not refundable.
Cancellation of custom made orders may incur a restocking fee of 15%.
