The Dymax Led Lighting provides a balanced combination of Multiple LED's for optimal photosynthetic activity, coral growth and viewing. These lights provide Full spectrum lighting plus essential actinic blue spectral wavelengths that promote and support strong coral growth as well as enhance its colour. This Fixture also emits balanced light for accurate viewing of fishes and the aquatic environment in the aquarium.

So, you have placed your order and paid for your items now we organise the delivery for you.  We normally dispatch within 24 hours of your purchase from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. (most times we do it much faster, but we cannot always control our courier partners.)  We use a variety of shipping methods, these include Australia Post eParcel, Express Post, Startrack, Fastway and Couriers Please.  When you choose standard delivery, we will choose the most appropriate service for your purchased based on your location. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday except for public holidays. If you are on the sunshine coast you are more than welcome to collect your items from our location. Please check our opening times.

Your item is normally shipped to you as an ATL package, which means that the courier has the authority to leave the parcel if no one is at home or in attendance, in a dry and safe location.  If no such location exists, the item will be carded and transferred to a post office or parcel point location for you to pick up.  Please note that limited time to arrange pickup, before the item will be returned to us.  If you want us to reship, we will charge you $11.00 shipping.  Please note that if you choose a refund, we will refund you the purchase price of the product only.  We will not refund the shipping.

The normal shipping time can range from 3-10 working days depending on your location. But most of the time we can arrange delivery between 2-4 working days to most capital cities (except Darwin.)

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. Please note that we ship to the eBay registered address only unless otherwise stated.

Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

So, you have just received your item and it is just might not be right for you.  No problem you can return your item and get a full refund or exchange of your item’s purchase price for up to 30 days*. Please note that the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If your product fails within 60 days or arrives broken, we will repair or replace it. We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.

If your product fails outside the 60 days, we cover our products with a return to base warranty, where we will fix/replace the item.  We have great rates with our couriers, and we are more than happy to share these with you, just ask and we can get that organised for you.
