STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW….
We only sell well known, proven brands that are reliable, good quality and value for money. We do not sell used products. All are covered by manufacturer warranties, and our 100% guarantee. If there is a problem, be assured we will fix it.
We work very hard on only listing items that are actually in stock. Very rarely products can run out for a day or two. Generally we take those listings down.
Shipping - We ship using professional couriers e.g. Star Track Express or Couriers Please. Every parcel requires a signature when received, for tracking and verification purposes.
We only ship to Australian street addresses, so it is essential that you supply an accurate address where someone will be during business hours, as couriers require your signature upon delivery.
Office and workplace addresses are best. Couriers do not guarantee delivery times, nor do they call clients on their phones.
If you want a courier to leave the parcel at your address without a signature, this must be specified in writing with your order, and we will make sure our courier is aware.
If your order cannot be delivered, the courier may return the goods to us, in which case you will be liable for a return fee, currently $16.50, and a second delivery charge.
We can ship to PO BOXES by arrangement – but please be aware that this is $8.00 extra.
Time frames - Delivery times will vary depending on your location and goods ordered.
Capital city deliveries are usually overnight. Regional centres are 1 to 3 days, and remote areas are 3 to 7 days if sent by air and 7 to 10 days if sent by road.
Orders are processed as soon as payment is made and usually dispatch the same day if payment has been received prior to 3.00 pm (CST).
To speed up delivery times we may split your order or ship from a warehouse closer to you. This service is of no extra cost to you.
Please note: Any free delivery applies only to the items specified. Other items which are not offered freight free will be charged at the applicable rate.
Pickups - Pickups are generally not available, but, if you live in ADELAIDE, we may be able to arrange something for you. Please ask.
Return Policy - Despite our best efforts, there are rare occasions where a product is faulty or damaged. Where this is the case, we will arrange for the item’s return for replacement with the same product, a credit against future purchases, or a refund. Please note return postage is down to you, as per our listings. RETURNS WILL BE REJECTED UNLESS AUTHORISED.
Packaging goods for return - Returned goods must be complete and include a copy of our original invoice or a note explaining the problem as well as your contact details. Software should be returned in its original packaging. We recommend the use of a reputable courier company or Australia Post to ship the goods either by road or air. Adequate packaging is essential to ensure the goods arrive safely and without damage. Damaged goods will not be accepted for credit or replacement.
