Unfortunately, our Australian Mail Service (Australia Post) is getting slower & slower. 

Letters within Australia regularly take over a week to arrive at their destination.  I post in a Tasmanian regional area & all mail heads to Hobart for sorting & then to Melbourne for re-sorting. I will always post on the promised date as advised by email, but you must be prepared to "wait" for Australia Post to deliver. The estimated delivery times provided by ebay are often unrealistic & differ to those provided by Australia Post. Regular letter mail will be posted using the Australia Post Pre-Paid Domestic Tracking Envelopes. Australia Post provide tracking for these envelopes - including a scan at the time of lodgement & delivery! Items that are too heavy, too large or too thick for these envelopes will need to be posted at parcel pricing.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE USING A PARCEL LOCKER AS YOUR ADDRESS.   Parcel lockers have many restrictions on the type of mail items they will accept. Any purchases made that supply a Parcel Locker Address will be cancelled & a full refund issued!

If you are purchasing multiple items, please "wait" for your combined invoice prior to paying. Usually a few items can travel together for the same postage charge but this of course depends on the overall size, thickness & weight of items.

If you require other mail services, please request a price prior to purchasing eg. Express Mail - Priority Paid - additional insurance. NO refunds for overpayment of postage will be given once payment has been made.

Once payment is received/cleared, I will confirm that I have received the payment & advise the posting date/day via email.    There are NO weekend mail clearances in my area. I guarantee that I will post as advised via email.

The actual delivery timing is ?entirely? up to Australia Post! From January 2017, they revised & lengthened their delivery times so many items now take a week or more to be delivered.

Hopefully your item will only be a couple of days within Australia, but unfortunately, I don't have any control over any delays that may occur once I have posted but I do promise to post on the day as advised via email!
