Shipping Policy

Timing Unless otherwise stated, all orders are packed and dispatched in 1-3 business days after payment is received. The standard service will generally deliver parcels in 3-6 business days. The express service will generally deliver parcels within 1-3 days. Remote areas may take longer than this. Please Note: No delivery service nor Warehouse-Pro can guarantee the delivery time of any order.

Delivery All shipping methods offered by Warehouse-Pro are registered, trackable services. A signature at the address of delivery is required on receipt of the parcel. If no-one is present to sign, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot. It is then the responsibility of the receiver to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel.

Tracking The tracking number will be uploaded as soon as your order is despatched, you can view your tracking information on your purchase history details.

Pick Up By appointment only. Local pick up is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, at our warehouse in Clontarf QLD 4019. All goods are to be collected within 7 working days from purchase date.

Large Bulky Items: Your delivery charge will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the product/s you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location. If postage is not specified please message me prior to purchase for a freight quote. Post Office (PO) Boxes All items over 20kg are sent via a courier services, as such we are unable to deliver goods to a post office box address.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver large goods, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. A signature at the address of delivery is required on receipt of the goods. If no-one is present to sign, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the couriers depot. It is then the responsibility of the receiver to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel or paying an additional charge for re-delivery. We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours.

Return Policy

On receipt of your product please let us know if you have any question or concerns, we are willing to work with you to rectify any issues.

Faulty or Flawed Goods: We are happy to offer you an exchange if the goods are defective through no fault of the consumer, goods are to be returned by post within 7 working days and in its original packaging. Please contact us to lodge your return.

Goods damaged in transit: Provide us an email within 24 hours of receiving the goods with photos and a description of damage.

Changed of mind: Please note, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

Footware: If you have ordered the wrong size footware when possible we will be happy to exchange sizes. You will be required to return the footware at your expense within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in brand-new, unused, and unworn in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached. You will need to include a pre-paid self-addressed satchel for the exchange size (along with a note providing your transaction information). We will not exchange size if the line is no longer available, your exchange size is not in stock or you notify us outside of 7 working days.

If we, the supplier may in our absolute discretion accept non-defective merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we require the Client to pay handling fees of up to ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs and ebay/paypal fees incurred, this includes items with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
