We use a third party warehouse in Sydney to stock our products. All the items are dispatched within one business day upon clearance of payment. If you paid for the item on a Friday or a Saturday, then it will be dispatched on Monday - unless that Monday is a public holiday. When the item is posted, you will be sent a tracking number and you will be able to track your item using that.Please note that while we make it our duty to dispatch the item quickly, once it is posted, it is entirely the responsibility of the postage service to deliver it to you on time. For faster delivery Provide your phone number - The courier will need your phone number to contact you to organize delivery or get directions. Provide a physical address For items heavier than 15kg, we usually use a courier service (not Australia Post). Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please make sure you give us a complete physical address for the goods to be delivered on time. Pay correct postage For items that need postage cost to be paid, please make sure you pay the correct postage. If you don't, then we can't dispatch the item to you and we will contact you and advise you to pay the correct postage. This will obviously cause a delay in the delivery of goods.
Be there to receive the item You need to be present at the address provided to receive the goods. If you cannot be present (e.g. as you are at work), then make sure someone else is at the address to receive it. If there is no one to receive the goods, then the couriers may have to take the item back to their local depot. If that happens, then you will have to pay an additional fee for them to make a second journey to deliver it to you. Heavy items For items heavier than 22kg, you will have to assist the driver to unload the item. Any items over 50kg will require the customer to have two people to assist the driver to unload the item. Pick up Our business is strictly online. Therefore, no pick up is available. No exceptions.
