Snap Shades uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Snap Shades cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

You will receive a confirmation email from Snap Shades to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Snap Shades with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. RETURN POLICY
All Snap Shades are vehicle specific. If you do not believe the product you have received fits your vehicle or believe you have received the incorrect item for your vehicle, please email us with photos of the product and your vehicle with 30 days of purchase. We will endeavour to assist with the installation of the product. If we are unable to assist, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

If you are unsure which item best suits your vehicle, please contact us to confirm as customers will be responsible for any return postage costs for any items ordered incorrectly.

No returns and exchanges will be accepted for items that are not in a merchantable condition. All items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition including packaging and accessories. All accessories must be in their original packaging, unopened.

To exchange or return your item, we must be contacted in the first instance.

Once we have approved the return/exchange, please send the item back to the provided address. Please include your Order Number (as specified in your Order Receipt) so we can ensure your return parcel is processed in a timely manner.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges and refunds.

The shades come with a 12-month ‘Manufacturer Warranty’, as stated in the description of each product. Any warranty claim will be direct to the manufacturer. The warranty is only for reasonable domestic use only; it does not cover the use of the shades in a commercial vehicle.
Warranty claims are approved or denied at the discretion of Innovation Collective Pty Ltd and are final and any warranty claim must be accompanied by the receipt. The Customer is responsible for postage costs for Warranty claims.
