Defective or faulty items (Dead on Arrival) within 30 days of customer receiving products, the return postage will be fully refunded.

All warranty replacement return and resend postage after 30 days will be at buyer’s expense with registered post. Once after returned item has been received, non-defective/change of mind items will have the shipping charges (Up to 500g – $8.5; Above 500g – $11.9;Express Post: Actual cost incurred) deducted from the amount of the refund or credit.
