DOUBLE ROAST: A blend developed for lovers of extra strong roasted coffee. The result of our specialty-roasting process is a dark, aromatic oil-coated bean that gives a very intense flavour. It is a traditional coffee in some European cultures, and you may need additional sugar to balance the intense flavour. Suitable for: Seasoned coffee drinkers. This is not a beginner's blend!

ORGANIC CREMA: A full bodied, 100% organically grown Arabica blend. This is a flavoursome and smooth coffee, with great crema and sweetness. Those that seek a healthy balance of body and smooth taste will enjoy this blend. It is popular and well-suited for cafes serving organic coffee. Suitable for: All coffee types.

CREMA FORTE: A full bodied, 100% Arabica blend with brightness and acidity that is balanced with a slight chocolate flavour. It has great crema and a strong aroma, but without any bitter after taste. Suitable for: Espresso or long black.

ESPRESSO DI LUSSO: A 100% Arabica blend which combines a bold Central American flavour with the sweetness of the Brazil bean. There is a nice balance of acidity and body, which makes for a flavoursome cup with wild and exotic notes. Suitable for: Espresso or long black.

CREMA ULTIMO: A 100% Arabica blend with a sweet, rich flavour that is guaranteed to produce an extra creamy cup of coffee. With its great crema (hence the name) it is a very popular blend for cafes as it caters to a wide range of coffee drinkers. Suitable for: All coffee types.

DECAF: A decaffeinated 100% Arabica blend with a smooth flavour and great aroma. We do not use a chemical extraction process; we only use beans that have the caffeine removed via C02 absorption, which also ensures the retention of the original coffee flavours. It is a very satisfying cup for those who want to avoid caffeine but still seek the espresso coffee taste. Suitable for: Getting a good night's sleep.

COFFEE HINTS:   Place your coffee beans in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Freshly grind as required for immediate use in your coffee machine. With proper selection of the fineness of the grind, our coffee beans will suit manual or automatic espresso machines, percolator, or filter/dripolator/plunger equipment. Use the recommended grind fineness to suit your machine type as the thickness of the grind is critical for a great cup of coffee, and must be matched to your own coffee machine. Generally the  grind consistency  is as follows:
